YogaFest Raleigh Draws 140 per Night
After three classes, we have drawn an average of 140 per evening outside at City Plaza or indoors at The Stockroom. Our first three teachers were Tiffany Ingersoll of Open Door Yoga, Jessica Mollett of Breathing Mountain Yoga, and Briana Young-Roane of Brioga. They provided a range of styles from gentle flow with some core engagement yoga, to rejuvenating gentle yoga, to active heat building core-stoking yoga. Please support the volunteer teachers and studios, plus our sponsors, who make YogaFest Raleigh such a special event. Here's a video of YogaFest Raleigh with Tiffany Ingersoll.
