YogaFest Raleigh Returns! 

Tiffany Ingersoll will kick-off the second series of YogaFest Raleigh Wednesday night, from 6p.m. - 7p.m. at City Plaza in Downtown Raleigh. Tiffany Ingersoll is an instructor at Open Door Yoga and she will be leading participants through a Gosh yoga practice. Learn more about Tiffany

Chair Yoga for Seniors 

Last week Howie Shareff shared the basics of chair based yoga with 40 enthusiastic seniors at Temple Beth Or, Raleigh. Howie and the attendees explored deeper breathing and gentle movements to reduce tension in the neck and shoulders. Regardless of age and ability, everyone gained greater awareness of proper posture.

Yoga for Anxiety Relief

On Saturday, September 13, Barbara Vosk and Jen Davis will be offering a workshop called 
Yoga for Anxiety Relief: Creating Space Between Thoughts at Blue Lotus Yoga and Movement Arts studio in Raleigh. The workshop will be held from 2:30-5:30 PM and the cost is $50.
